I have been pretty active on Instagram since the beginning, and I am a firm believer in the power of social media. Every once in a while I even post a picture of the F-Bomb somewhere in my hometown of Denton. One of my favorite walls in town is literally just a few miles from our garage. I posted this picture of the F-bomb in front of that wall back at the beginning of November 2016.

It got my usual 30 or so likes. I figured no big deal. But then our friends over at Dentonmoto reposted it as their motoinspiration bike about a week later. After that Bikebound.com reposted it. Then Dime City Cycles picked it up and posted it at the beginning of December, and  the world got a little bit smaller. I love the reaction that this bike gets in the virtual world and in person. It is really gratifying. The F-Bomb is the first of what I hope will be many builds.

More than a picture

But if you’re like me, you love seeing bikes in person even more than in an eye-catching picture. If you are in the Dallas area in a couple of weeks (January 13th-15 to be exact), you can do just that. The F-Bomb will be on the floor of the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center with some other custom builds during the Dallas stop of the Progressive International Motorcycle Show. I will be around as well, looking at all the other bikes in the show. I hope to run into you there.
